The Highpoint SSD7749M is a high-performance RAID controller that connects up to eight NVMe M.2 SSDs via a PCIe 4.0 x16 slot. Supporting RAID levels 0, 1, 10, and Single, it offers flexible configurations for high-speed storage in workstations and servers.
8 M.2 NVMe ports on a PCIe 4.0 x16 card – enables up to 8 SSDs without additional cables.
RAID levels 0, 1, 10, and Single – choose between performance, data protection, or a combination.
Full-Height form factor – ideal for standard PC cases with high expansion slots.
Chipset 82110 with PCIe 4.0 – maximum bandwidth for NVMe storage.
Unlike many other RAID controllers, the SSD7749M offers native support for eight M.2 NVMe SSDs directly on the card. This eliminates the need for external backplanes or additional adapters. The controller fully leverages the PCIe 4.0 x16 bus to achieve high data transfer rates.
