Your Right of Return

You may return your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

Start of the return period

The 30-day return period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) took physical possession of the goods.

How to exercise your right of return

To exercise your right of return, you have two options:

• Online: Complete the return form in your customer account. The form is available after login under "My Orders" for the relevant order.
• By email: Send a clear statement of your decision to return to service@emparo.ch
  Phone: +41 44 513 77 57, including your order number.

To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the 30-day period has expired.

Consequences of Return

Sending back the goods

You must return the goods promptly and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you notified us of your decision to return. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

Please send the goods to the address we will provide by email after receiving your return notification.

Condition of goods

• Goods must be unused and undamaged.
• Original packaging must be complete and intact.
• All accessories, manuals and inserts must be included.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return shipping costs

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the delivered goods were faulty or incorrect. In the case of faulty delivery, we will cover return shipping costs in full.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method), promptly and no later than 30 days after receipt of the returned goods.

The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Exceptions to the Right of Return

The right of return does not apply to:

• Goods made to customer specification or clearly personalised
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been removed after delivery
• Goods that have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature
• Orders by business customers (B2B) — see T&C § 15
