Our Shipping Promise

Orders of CHF 75.− or more ship free of charge within Switzerland. A shipping fee of CHF 7.90 applies to orders below CHF 75.−.

Note on heavy items: The surcharge for heavy products applies per individual product weighing 30 kg or more — not to the total order weight. This will be indicated on the product page and at checkout.

Delivery Times

Standard Delivery

In-stock items are generally delivered within 2–5 business days. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday). No deliveries take place on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Saturday Delivery

For an additional charge of CHF 1.90, it is possible to receive the order on a Saturday. Orders must be placed by Friday at 7:00 PM. If a second delivery attempt is required, it will take place the following Saturday.

Heavy Products (freight shipment from 30 kg)

Products weighing 30 kg or more are delivered by freight carrier. Delivery generally takes place on the next business day after the order is received. A phone number is required for any carrier queries — please provide this at checkout.

Partial Deliveries

If some items in the order are not immediately available, it is possible to choose to wait for full delivery or request a partial delivery. A one-time surcharge of CHF 5.90 applies per partial delivery.

Order Tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, it will be communicated an email with your tracking number. Parcel deliveries can be tracked via Swiss Post Track & Trace.

Transport Damage

If the customerr delivery arrives damaged, please notify us immediately:

We will take care of all further steps and handle the matter promptly on your behalf.

Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). The following payment methods are available:

Credit Card

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The amount is charged upon completion of the order.

Twint

Pay conveniently and securely with the Twint app. Available for all Swiss bank accounts.

Klarna

With Klarna it is possible to pay by invoice, in instalments or by instant bank transfer, subject to availability and creditworthiness. A credit check is carried out by Klarna. Klarna's terms and conditions apply.

Apple Pay & Google Pay

Fast and secure payment with your Apple or Google device — no need to enter card details manually.

Security: All payment transactions are SSL/TLS encrypted. We do not store full payment details on our servers. Processing is handled exclusively by Stripe.
