How to use the Highpoint R1108A
Install the card in a free PCIe x16 slot. Connect up to eight M.2 NVMe SSDs (formats 2280, 2260, 2242) to the corresponding connectors. Configure RAID settings in the host system's BIOS. Note that the controller cannot be used as a boot drive – the operating system must be installed on a separate disk. Highpoint software is available for setup and monitoring.
