How to use the Zyliss Purée Drum
Choose the appropriate drum for the desired result: the fine drum for fine gratings, the coarse drum for larger pieces and the slice drum for thin vegetable slices. Insert the drum into the housing, place the food to be processed and turn the crank – you will get even results. After use, the stainless steel drums can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
