Zurrfix Zurrgurt 0.50 + 7.50 m – Heavy-Duty Ratchet Strap with End Hooks

The Zurrfix Zurrgurt is a two-piece ratchet tie-down strap set designed for securing loads during transport. With a combined length of 8 metres and a working load limit of 2500 daN, it provides reliable tensioning for a wide range of cargo.

• 2500 daN working load limit ensures secure hold for heavy or bulky items
• End hooks provide quick, tool-free attachment to anchor points and load anchors
• Two-piece set with 0.50 m and 7.50 m straps offers flexible length configuration
• Orange colour makes the strap highly visible against most cargo and vehicle surfaces

What sets the Zurrfix Zurrgurt apart

The combination of a high tensile load rating and a practical two-piece length set distinguishes this strap from single-length alternatives. The end-hook design allows fast connection without additional hardware, while the orange colour improves visibility during loading and unloading.

Ideal for...

DIY movers, van operators, and anyone regularly transporting furniture, equipment, or bulky items in a car, van, or on a roof rack. The 2500 daN capacity suits medium-to-heavy loads where a standard strap would be insufficient.

Application of the Zurrfix Zurrgurt

Thread the strap through or around the load, attach the end hooks to stable anchor points, and ratchet the strap tight until the load is secure. Suitable for use on flatbed trailers, roof racks, and inside van cargo areas.
