Zurrfix Strapping Strap 20 mm x 4 m with Clamp – Durable Polyester Flat Strap for Secure Load Restraint
The Zurrfix Umreifungsgurt is a flat polyester strapping strap designed for fastening and securing loads during transport. With a width of 20 mm and a length of 4 m, it provides reliable tensioning for a wide range of cargo.
100 daN tensile strength ensures secure hold for medium-weight loads in transit
Integrated clamp fastener enables quick, tool-free tensioning and locking
4 m length and 20 mm width suit standard pallet and package securing tasks
Olive green colour provides high visibility against most cargo surfaces
What Makes the Zurrfix Strapping Strap Different
Unlike round webbing straps, the flat strap profile distributes tension evenly across the load surface, reducing the risk of slippage. The integrated clamp mechanism locks the strap in place without additional hardware, making it a one-step securing solution for everyday transport needs.
Ideal for...
Logistics operators, warehouse staff, and DIY users who need a simple, reliable strapping solution for securing boxes, pallets, and loose items during transport. The 100 daN rating makes it suitable for medium-weight cargo but not for heavy industrial loads requiring higher tensile ratings.
Application of the Zurrfix Strapping Strap
Thread the strap through or around the load and the anchor point
Pull the strap taut to the desired tension
Engage the clamp to lock the strap in place
Trim excess length if needed, leaving enough overlap for a secure hold

It is a flat polyester strapping strap used to secure loads during transport — suitable for pallet strapping, package fastening, and general cargo restraint in vans, trucks, and on pallets.
The strap has a tensile strength of 100 daN, making it suitable for medium-weight cargo such as boxed goods, lightweight pallets, and general household or workshop items. It is not rated for heavy industrial loads.
The clamp is a built-in fastening mechanism that locks the strap under tension without the need for additional ratchets, buckles, or tools. Simply pull the strap tight and engage the clamp to secure the load.
The strap is 20 mm wide and 4 m long, made from polyester webbing. The clamp is typically constructed from hardened steel or durable plastic, depending on the specific model variant.
The Zurrfix strapping strap is designed for multiple uses as long as the webbing and clamp show no signs of wear or damage. It comes with a 24-month manufacturer warranty covering material and manufacturing defects.
