How to use Weck preserving jars

Rinse jars and lids with hot water before use. Place the rubber rings on the lids, fill the jars with the food to be preserved, and secure the lid with clips. Sterilise in a pot at 90–100 °C for the recommended time. After cooling, check for proper sealing.
