How to use the NF-M4/3 adapter

Place the adapter on the camera bayonet and turn it to lock it. Then mount the Nikon lens on the other side. Set focus and aperture manually on your lens. The adapter does not transmit any electronic signals – therefore exposure is set manually or with shutter priority.
