How to use the Victorinox Classic Vegetable Knife Set
Choose the appropriate blade length according to the size of the ingredients. The smallest knife (8 cm) is suitable for peeling and trimming, the medium (10 cm) for universal cutting tasks, and the largest (11 cm) for larger fruits and vegetables. After use, simply rinse by hand and dry.
