The body is stainless steel with a plastic lid and a 360-degree plastic base. The removable limescale filter is also plastic.
Auto shut-off switches the kettle off when boiling is reached. Dry-boil and overheat protection prevent damage if the kettle is switched on empty.
Remove and rinse the limescale filter regularly. Wipe the stainless-steel body with a damp cloth. Descale with a vinegar-water solution every 4–8 weeks depending on local water hardness.
