How to use the Solis Tamper
After grinding and dosing coffee into the portafilter, place the tamper perpendicularly onto the coffee. Press evenly with about 10–15 kg of force until the puck is firm and level. Twist the tamper slightly to polish the surface. Remove excess coffee grounds from the rim before locking into the machine.
