How to use the Competition Power belt
Place the belt above the hip bones at waist level so that the wide support zone covers the lower back. Tighten the ratchet buckle until a firm fit is felt without hindering breathing. Before heavy sets, retighten the belt; loosen immediately after the exercise to avoid impeding circulation.
