How to use Health Sprouts Fit
Soak the seeds in water overnight. Rinse them thoroughly and place them in a sprouting jar or a shallow dish with damp kitchen paper. Rinse the seeds twice a day with clean water and let them drain. After 3–7 days the sprouts are ready to harvest and can be eaten directly or used in salads, sandwiches, and bowls.
