How to use the dehydrating trays
Simply place the additional shelves between the existing racks of your DE 100 dehydrator. Spread the food evenly on the trays – make sure not to overlap pieces to ensure good air circulation. Choose the desired temperature and drying time according to your recipe.

The plastic trays can be hand-washed with warm water and mild detergent. They are not dishwasher safe – please clean them by hand and dry them thoroughly.
