Power off the Roborock Q10V or Q10V+ and place it on its charging dock
Open the dustbin compartment and remove the used filter
Insert one new HEPA filter into the designated slot, ensuring it sits flush
Close the compartment and run a cleaning cycle to verify proper airflow
Store the second filter in a dry location until needed

Replace the filter every 2–3 months under normal use, or sooner if operating in high-dust or pet-heavy environments. The 2er-Pack provides a ready replacement.
The pack contains two HEPA filters. No additional tools or accessories are included.
Tap the filter gently to remove loose dust before reinstallation. Do not wash the HEPA filter — replace it when airflow noticeably decreases.
