What makes these rivets different
Unlike two-part rivets that require access from both sides, the blind design allows full installation from a single face. The aluminium alloy resists corrosion and does not spark, making it suitable for environments where metal-on-metal contact or chemical exposure is a concern.

A blind rivet is a fastener that can be installed from one side only. The rivet body is inserted through a pre-drilled hole, and a setting tool pulls the mandrel through the rivet, expanding the back side and locking the joint in place.
These aluminium rivets are designed for thin sheet metal, aluminium sheets, and similar light-gauge materials. They are not suitable for thick structural steel or materials exceeding the 10 mm grip length.
A standard manual rivet gun or compatible setting tool is required. The integrated drill bit in the set eliminates the need for a separate pilot-hole drill, but a riveting tool is essential for the setting step.
The blister pack contains 50 aluminium blind rivets (Ø 4.8 x 10 mm) with an integrated drill bit for each rivet. No additional tools are included beyond the rivets themselves.
Rapid provides a 24-month manufacturer warranty on this product. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal workshop use and does not cover damage from improper installation or overloading.
