How to use the Peugeot Paris U-Select Salt Mill
Remove the top knob, fill with dry salt, and replace the knob. Turn the lower ring to set the desired grind size (fine to coarse). Grind the salt directly over the dish. After use, stand the mill upright. No cleaning is necessary – if needed, wipe the wooden body with a dry cloth. Avoid moisture inside.
