How to use Pataks Tikka Masala Paste
Mix 3–4 tablespoons of paste with 200 ml of yoghurt, a pinch of salt and optionally some lemon juice. Add diced chicken, paneer or vegetables and marinate for at least 30 minutes – preferably overnight. Then grill, pan-fry or bake the marinated pieces until cooked. Serve Tikka Masala with naan bread, basmati rice and a fresh coriander salad. The remaining paste can be stored in the refrigerator and used within a few weeks.
