How to use the Casta

Fill the chamber of the press with chestnut puree. Insert the desired disc and press the lever down. The vermicelles strands are pressed directly onto the plate. For decorations, fill with cream or custard and pipe onto cakes or desserts. After use, clean all parts in the dishwasher.
