How to use the Italia espresso maker
Fill the lower part with fresh water up to the valve, add finely ground espresso coffee to the filter and screw the top part on tightly. Place the maker on the stove (electric, gas or ceramic) at medium heat. As soon as the espresso bubbles up, remove the maker from the heat and enjoy.
