How to use the Kela Calido roaster

Before first use, heat the roaster with a little oil to build a natural non-stick layer. For braising: sear meat vigorously in the hot roaster, deglaze with liquid and cook covered on low heat on the hob or in the oven (approx. 160–180°C). Allow to cool down in the air after cooking. Clean by hand with warm water and a soft brush, without detergent, then dry thoroughly.
