How to use the Kai combination whetstone
Soak the stone in water for a few minutes until no more air bubbles rise.
Place the stone on a non-slip surface.
Position the knife at a 15–20° angle and move it across the 400 grit side with light pressure (5–10 strokes per side).
Then move to the 1000 grit side for the final finish (5–10 strokes per side).
