How to use the Kadastar Hot Stone Set

Heat the lava stones in a water bath or in a special stone warmer to approx. 50–60 °C. Place the hot stones on the wooden board. Position the stones along the spine, on the shoulders or other body areas and massage with light pressure. Use the different sizes for targeted treatments. After use, let the stones cool down and store them dry in the ceramic bowl.
