The CarePack is activated as a license and linked to your printer. After activation, the service is immediately available. In the event of a fault, contact support and a technician will be sent to repair the device on-site.

CarePack is available for selected HP printer models. You can check compatibility via the HP support website using your printer's serial number or ask your reseller before purchase.
On-site service includes repair of your printer by an HP-certified technician at your location. Only original HP spare parts are used. Reaction time depends on the chosen service level (usually the next business day).
After receiving the activation code, log in to the HP Support Portal and redeem the code for your printer. The service takes effect from the day of activation or from the end of the first warranty period. Later activation is possible within 90 days of printer purchase.
