Application of the Hoya PRO ND EX Kit
Select the appropriate filter for the current lighting: ND8 for moderate light reduction, ND64 for bright daylight, ND1000 for very bright conditions or long exposures
Screw the filter onto the 55 mm lens thread clockwise until snug
Compose and expose as normal — the ND filter reduces light entering the lens, allowing wider apertures or slower shutter speeds
Store the filters in the kit case when not in use to protect the glass surfaces
