How to use the menstrual sponge
Boil the sponge briefly before first use. Before insertion, soak it in lukewarm water for a few minutes to soften. Squeeze it and insert like a tampon. Remove after 4–6 hours, rinse with water and dry in a cotton bag. For the next use, re-wet the sponge. After your period, clean the sponge thoroughly and store it airtight until the next cycle.

With proper care, a menstrual sponge can be reused for 3 to 6 months. Afterwards it should be replaced to maintain hygiene.
After each removal, rinse the sponge under running water while squeezing. Let it air dry between uses. After your cycle, boil it for 5 minutes in water.
Size S is suitable for light to medium flow days. For heavier flow, sizes M or L are recommended. The 3-pack allows you to change sponges.
