What Sets the Hanse Home Malta Rug Apart
Unlike standard indoor-only rugs, the Malta model is specifically engineered for the demands of outdoor environments. The polypropylene fibre naturally repels water and dries quickly, while the woven construction prevents fibres from loosening under foot traffic. The neutral Black/Crème palette avoids bold patterns, allowing it to blend seamlessly with existing furniture and décor.
Ideal for...
Homeowners looking for a hardwearing, weather-resistant floor covering that transitions easily between indoor living spaces and covered outdoor areas such as patios, decks and garden terraces. Particularly suited for households with pets or high foot traffic where durability and simple maintenance are priorities.
Application of the Hanse Home Malta Rug
Place the rug on a clean, dry surface — indoors on hard flooring or over a outdoor underlay, or outdoors on a patio, deck or balcony. The flat-woven construction means it can be used on both smooth and slightly textured surfaces. For outdoor use, ensure the area has adequate drainage and the rug is not permanently submerged in standing water. Shake out or vacuum regularly to remove loose debris.
