What sets the Krafter HS SPS Chipboard Screws apart

These screws are particularly suitable for furniture construction, interior fitting, kitchen assembly and all work with chipboard, OSB boards or plywood. They are the first choice for craftsmen and ambitious DIYers who rely on precise and reliable joints.
How to use the Chipboard Screws
Choose a suitable Torx bit (size T10 or T15, depending on screw – please check). Place the screw perpendicularly on the workpiece and drive it in with a cordless screwdriver or hand screwdriver until the head is flush. Pre-drilling is usually not necessary; for hard woods, a smaller pilot hole can make driving easier.

Chipboard screws are special screws with a coarse thread that grips optimally in chipboard and wood-based materials. They often have a countersunk head and a Torx drive for secure screwing.
These screws are suitable for chipboard, OSB panels, plywood, hardwood and softwood. They are ideal for furniture construction, interior fitting and assembly work.
The screws have a diameter of 3.0 mm and a length of 16 mm. They are supplied in a pack of 30 pieces.
In most chipboards and softwoods, pre-drilling is not necessary. For hard woods, a small pilot hole is recommended to avoid splitting.
