What sets the Diamond Knife Sharpener apart
The diamond coating offers an extremely hard and durable grinding surface that can restore razor sharpness even to the dullest blades. Unlike traditional steel or ceramic honing rods, the diamond version removes material while realigning the edge – a decisive advantage for high-quality kitchen knives.
Ideal for...
Home cooks who want to maintain their knives themselves, as well as professionals who need a fast and reliable sharpening method. Also suitable for owners of knife blocks with various blade types.
How to use the Diamond Knife Sharpener
Hold the sharpener vertically with the tip on a non-slip surface. Guide the knife blade across the sharpener at an angle of approximately 15–20 degrees, moving the blade away from you. Repeat the process on both sides of the blade until the desired sharpness is achieved. Clean the sharpener after use with a damp cloth.
