How to use the Forge Adour Plancha Base

Place the plancha on a level, fireproof surface outdoors. Connect a standard gas bottle (butane/propane) to the pressure regulator. Ignite the burners using the control knobs and preheat the plate for 10 minutes. Then place the food directly on the plate. After use, burn off residues with the flame on, clean with a scraper, and lightly oil the plate to prevent rust.
