How to use the Fellowes Pulsar+

Insert the sheets to be bound into the punching opening and operate the lever. Repeat the process along the paper stack until all pages are punched. Then insert a suitable plastic binding spine and place the document into the binding channel. Operate the binding lever to close the spine. Remove the bound document.
