How to use the pressure compensation element
Screw the element into an M6 threaded hole of the housing. A torque of approx. 0.5–1.0 Nm is sufficient. Make sure the sealing surface is clean and free of burrs. After installation, the enclosure is pressure-balanced and protected against ingress moisture.

It is used in enclosed electrical enclosures – for example in LED drivers, controllers, distribution boards, or inverters – to prevent moisture caused by temperature changes.
The element has an M6 thread that fits standard threaded holes. It is designed for housing wall thicknesses of 1–3 mm.
