How to use the Decoupage Varnish

Apply the varnish thinly with a soft brush onto the surface to be sealed. For napkin technique, first glue the napkin onto the base, then brush the varnish over it. After drying (approx. 30 minutes), you can apply a second coat for stronger sealing. Clean brushes immediately with water.
