How to use the Akorn Jr. Kamado

Place the grill on a flat, fireproof surface. Light the charcoal in the lower section and let it burn with the lid open. For direct grilling, close the lid and adjust the air supply via the lower vent. For smoking, place the charcoal to the left and right and put the food in the centre – indirect heat does the rest. Keep the lid closed. After use, dispose of the ashes and store the grill dry.
