How to use the Shanxi teapot

Place loose tea leaves in the stainless steel strainer, insert the strainer into the kettle and pour hot water. The kettle can be heated on all hob types to the desired temperature. After steeping, remove the strainer and pour the tea into the provided cups. Remove used tea from the kettle after enjoyment to avoid bitterness. Hand washing is recommended.
