How to use the New Brikka
Fill the lower chamber with cold water up to the valve. Insert the filter and add finely ground espresso – without tamping. Screw the top part on and place the maker on the stove. At medium heat, the coffee brews until the pot hisses softly. Remove from heat and enjoy. After cooling, rinse with water – the maker is dishwasher safe (without lid).

The New Brikka is an aluminium espresso maker designed to brew two cups of espresso with particularly velvety crema. It uses a unique pressure system that generates higher pressure than classic makers.
The New Brikka is compatible with electric, gas, ceramic and halogen stoves. It should not be used on induction stoves because it is made of aluminium.
After cooling, rinse the maker with water. The lid should not go into the dishwasher, the body is dishwasher safe. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
The maker is designed for 2 cups of espresso, about 100 ml of finished drink. The filter can hold about 10–12 g of finely ground espresso.
The New Brikka comes with the espresso maker (lower part, upper part, filter and lid). A spare sealing ring is also included.
