How to use the Moka Rainbow

Fill the lower chamber with water up to the safety valve. Insert the filter basket and fill it with finely ground coffee (do not tamp). Screw the top part on tightly and place the pot on a suitable burner at medium heat. As soon as the coffee rises and a gurgling sound is heard, the coffee is ready. Serve immediately or enjoy in your favorite cup.
