How to use the VM740ML/H
Mount the cartridge on the headshell and attach it to the tonearm. Set the tracking force according to the manufacturer's specification (approx. 1.8–2.2 g) and anti-skating. Align the stylus using the supplied protractor for optimal tracking. Clean the stylus regularly with a special brush to prevent deposits.

The VM740ML/H fits all standard tonearms with a headshell mount. Before mounting, check the effective mass of the tonearm – the cartridge is optimized for medium-mass tonearms.
The stylus of the VM740ML/H is replaceable. Grip it gently by the sides and pull it forward. Insert the replacement stylus VMN40ML and push until it clicks into place.
The package includes the cartridge mounted on a headshell, mounting screws, an alignment protractor, and a warranty card.
Use a soft, lint-free brush or a dedicated stylus cleaning kit. Brush the stylus in the playback direction, from back to front – never sideways. Avoid harsh cleaning agents.
