The enclosure was specifically designed for the requirements of in-situ concrete construction. Unlike traditional flush-mount enclosures, the HaloX does not need to be plastered in afterwards; it is fixed in the formwork before pouring. The tunnel remains accessible and allows later installation without chiselling. This makes installation more efficient and the result cleaner.
This flush-mount enclosure is intended for electricians and construction professionals working on new build or renovation projects with concrete. It is particularly suitable for integrating lighting transformers, doorbell transformers, door opener transformers, or other low-voltage devices in concrete elements.
Drill a 100mm diameter opening in the formwork. Insert the enclosure and secure it. After pouring, the transformer tunnel is accessible from the room side. Feed the cables and connect the transformer. Installation must follow applicable regulations. The enclosure is reusable and can be removed if needed. For mounting, a drill with a 100mm hole saw and a spirit level are required.
