The ADATA PowerPack P20000QCD is delivered as a standalone unit. A USB-C charging cable is not included — a compatible USB-C PD charger is required to recharge the power bank itself.
ADATA provides a 24-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the battery and circuitry; physical damage or water exposure is not covered.
