How to use the opening detector
Mount the detector with the supplied adhesive tape or screws on the window or door frame. Align the magnet so that it sits directly opposite the sensor when the window is closed. Then pair the detector with the Smartvest Pro control panel – detailed instructions are in the manual. When the window or door is opened, the detector sends an alarm to the control panel, which initiates the notification process.
