How to use the Absima Pinion
Remove the old pinion from the motor shaft using a pinion puller. Clean the shaft and slide on the new pinion. Ensure the set screw is tightened firmly on the shaft. Adjust the mesh with the spur gear – a slight gap between the teeth is optimal.
